Shapath Shapath Agneepath

As you all know, director Karan Malhotra’s Agneepath hit the box office on the 26th of January and boy has it been a hit! The Hrithik Roshan and Sanjay Dutt starrer grossed 25cr in its very first day of screening and by the end of the week it had a whooping 140cr under its belt.

This is a movie you would not want to miss. If the Agneepath Movie Reviews are anything to go by, the movie is a gripping and action packed thriller. The only trouble with the movie though seems to be in its lengthy run time. The action and drama is a little retro, A typical revenge story with a few twist and turns. Although Agneepath is more of an adaptation than a remake, it still holds all of the glory of the original 1990 Amitabh Bachchan starrer.

The Agneepath songs though are another story altogether. The album saw a huge start with the item number 'Chikni Chameli’. The rest of the songs unfortunately didn’t make quite the same impression on the audience. But just the Katina Kaif item number was enough to promote Agneepath movie to one of the most awaited films.

The Agneepath Movie ratings are 4 stars at an average. Though some critics have saved some stars to discredit the tiresomely long duration of the movie, there is no one who disagrees to the fact that the movie is well shot and brilliantly performed. You will love to hate the bad guys and the compassion for the protagonist is heartfelt.

Here is a tale of a song that never happened before. Kolaveri Di is a song from a Tamil movie named 3. The song is in the air since November 16, 2011 though it is a due film of 2012. The nitty-gritty of the Kolaveri song is the brain child of Dhanush who actually sang it. Despite of the meaningless lyrics, the song is enjoyable and entertaining at the same time because of which the whole nation is humming its tune. This movie to which this song belongs to has been directed by Rajnikanth’s daughter Aishwariya. The dialect of the song is a blend of Tamil and English. That is why, be it a kid or be it a senior citizen, everyone loves to listen and hum it. Why is Kolaveri means a murderous rage and the words of the song depicts a painful love story of a boy who fails to maintain his relationship.

It has been liked and shared by approximately 8 million people as well as it successfully stream in 10,500,000 YouTube windows. Still it is one of the best songs of the running year. May be it is the Rajnikanth touch behind its victory record. Even the public having different mother-tongue are amused by this song. It is also the first Tamil song to be aired on MTV India. Anirudh Ravichander composed the music of this song with accuracy and skill to make it perfect and complimentary to the lyrics. This song is available in 3 versions. One is sung by Dhanush himself. The second one is of a female voice and the last but not the least gets the tender tone of Sonu Nigam’s son Nevaan Nigam.

Pappu Can’t Dance Saala : Paired By Mistake

After the wonderful comedy delight in Bheja Fry, Rajat Kapoor and Vinay Pathak are the popular choices of the directors altogether for a similar kind of movie. So here comes all new Pappu Can’t Dance Salaa Movie with a proper mixture of emotions and humour. Saurabh Shukla has fancied the movie with an accuracy and skilled touch. There is indeed a cosy bonding between the director and the intact casting team which makes the filming smooth. Amitabh Bhattacharya’s assistance with Saurabh Shukla script is not sure to attract the people as it still loses the appealing factor for which people will not be glued to its scenes. Neha Dhupia and Vinay Pathak are in the shoes of the lead roles. Actors like Naseeruddin Shah and Sanjay Mishra will also be there in the movie.

As per Pappu Can’t Dance Salaa Movie Reviews, the story revolve around the struggling career of Mehak Malavade aka Neha Dhupia. Mehak kick starts her journey of stardom by shooting a music video. Vinay Pathak aka Vidya is initially one of her neighbours, who eventually become her love of life. A sales tax colony where only government employees can live gives flat to Mehak by mistake. Therefore a police raid takes place inside the colony and Mehak has to go into Vidya’s flat in his absence for a quick help. This is the originating point of their blooming affection. Rajat Kapoor performed as Mehak’s choreographer. Neha Dhupia will be seen with loads of matured acting tactics after so many years of her profession which was the single optimism worked behind the movie. Nevertheless Pappu Can’t Dance Salaa rating will not be better than 2 out of 5 stars.

The Dirty Picture: Clash Between Dreams and Reality

The Dirty Picture is the latest movie on South Indian Actress Silk. The lead role has been played by Vidya Balan. The movie successfully upholds the darkest side of the movie industry.  Naseeruddin Shah, Emraan Hashmi and Tushar Kapoor’s acting is also matured and intense at the same time. Milan Luthria’s direction made the movie more faultless.

As per The Dirty Picture Movie Review, the movie is a tale of a small town girl Reshma (Vidya Balan) who eventually transforms her to possess the stardom of the cinema industry. Initially, she faces a lot of rejections and was unable to get into any film. But when a lay man approached her with an offensive proposal, she decides to break her ethnic shell and shot a song scene with sensuous expressions. Thus Reshma catches the eyes of big banner producer SilvaGanesh. Soon she is given the name Silk and with this name she continues her dirty picture series. While SilvaGanesh and then superstar Suryakanth (Naseeruddin Shah) go on with this dirty business of making dirty pictures with Silk, fragment of the society like an art film maker named Abraham (Emraan Hashmi), an eminent Journalist, Laila along with hysterical women group hate and protest against this policy of  cheap sensational creativity. In next to no time, she realizes that Suryakanth is only using her.

Being revengeful Silk gets into an affair with Suryakanth’s younger brother, Ramakanth (Tushar Kapoor). Laila takes this chance and Silk’s intimate relationship with both of the brothers gets spread in the air. To manage this situation Suryakant suggests all the prominent production houses to reject her. A bit by bit, she starts losing her fame and money. Even Ramakanth breaks up with her for her misconducts with Shakeela in a party. She falls addicted to alcohol and smoking and likewise the end of Silk steps forward. Even the true affection of Abraham fails to prevent her suiciding at the climax part of this movie. The whole narrative background is given by Abraham. The Dirty Picture Movie rating is 3 out of 5 stars after its release on December 2, 2011.

Rockstar: A Blazing Talent

Imtiaz Ali is the other name of perfection with emotions in a film. That is why people love to watch his movies. After the huge success of Jab We Met, here comes his Rockstar with a musical passion and a burning heart with wounds of love in it. Rockstar Movie is the debutant film of super model Nargis Fakhri. Ranbir Kapoor comes up with a matured acting this time in this particular movie. The poignant musical thrilling is purely A.R Rehman’s creation.

It is the joint venture of Eros International Ltd. and Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd. Shammi Kapoor, Aditi Rao Hydari, Moufid Aziz, Piyush Mishra, Shernaz Patel and Kumud Mishra are casted as the other important characters. This is the last screen appearance of Shammi Kapoor as well. The film has already been released on 11 November 2011.

The Rockstar Movie Review is mix in nature as some are extremely good whereas some have badly described the movie. The movie is all about Jordan aka Janardan Jakhar, played by Ranbir Kapoor who is talented, but still loses the X factor in his singing. A number of unexpected happenings make his survival gloomy and paining.

The elder brothers compel him to be out of the house. Being sheltered in Hazrat Nizamuddin mosque and after that in his college canteen owner’s house, he gradually brings up all his soreness in his singing which noticeably make his tune more appealing to public. Getting back and then again losing his love of life, Heer, played by Nargis Fakhri, becomes a disturbed soul to Jordan and indifferent to his fame. The Rockstar rating is however below average, no matter the movie content has proved to be praiseworthy.

Jo Hum Chahein: Wish to Cherish

The young generation’s loosing innocence and cheer towards life originated the concept of Jo Hum Chahein movie. It is the brainchild of Pawan Gill. This is a fine product of Aman Gill. The reflection of the current era is successfully upheld in this movie. The urban landscape of the convention shell of India is there in the movie. Sunny Gill and Simran Kaur Mundi shared screen in this movie. This movie is a combo of romance and comedy with these two fresh faces. Although the movie treasured a nice script, it fails to appeal public to a vast extent.

As per Jo Hum Chahein Movie Reviews, it is a story of Rohan Bhatia (Sunny Gill) and Neha Kapoor (Simran Kaur Mundi). Their lives soon revive into a new one once they get smitten with each other. Rohan is an ambitious and self-centred young 24 years guy. Being an MBA graduate he aspires to achieve the pick of success in life. Such dreams make him desperate to get into an established frame. So he moves to Mumbai and starts his career with a job of a stockbroker. In next to no time he comes in touch of Neha who is indeed a beauty with brain.

Neha desires to get the stardom of movie industry with a blind believe in Love. Affection, gloom, defeat, betrayal, recovery – almost every emotions are projected in this movie. Nevertheless Jo Hum Chahein Movie rating is poor and unappealing and it is rated 2 out of 5 stars.
